High-fidelity guitar inspection
VeriSpatial
Structured iPhone capture, GPU Gaussian Splat reconstruction, and embeddable WebGL inspection for vintage guitars that need condition evidence, not marketplace noise.
Account access
Start with two demo scans, then subscribe when the workflow fits.
The iOS app handles capture. The web dashboard handles billing, reports, hotspots, embeds, and team access.
Begin with Free Demo or move straight to Starter, Dealer, or Pro Dealer.
Open the native iOS capture app and publish the first condition report.
Inspection flow
One capture becomes a durable product record.
Stabilize capture
Guided mobile recording locks exposure, focus, and motion thresholds before upload.
Train geometry
Video lands in Firebase Storage and triggers on-demand GPU reconstruction.
Publish inspection
Completed splats render inside dealer listings with no customer app install.
Vintage guitar focus
Built for serial numbers, finish checking, fret wear, repairs, and remote buyer trust.
VeriSpatial is not a legal authentication certificate, appraisal engine, escrow product, or marketplace. It is a high-fidelity spatial condition-view layer dealers can add to Shopify, private listings, and high-ticket buyer conversations so buyers can inspect details for themselves.
Pricing
No transaction fee. No marketplace take-rate.
VeriSpatial is not another marketplace fee. It is a spatial inspection layer for high-value guitar inventory.
Keep selling through your existing website, Shopify store, Reverb listing, or private buyer workflow.

Terms of Service
1. Service
VeriSpatial provides a high-fidelity 3D condition-view workflow for vintage guitar dealers: guided iPhone capture, cloud processing, dealer-editable condition notes and hotspots, public or unlisted reports, and embeddable viewers.
2. Not Authentication, Appraisal, Escrow, or Marketplace
VeriSpatial condition views provide spatial inspection context and dealer-supplied notes. They are not legal authentication certificates, appraisals, insurance opinions, escrow services, buyer payment services, or guarantees of authenticity, title, provenance, value, condition, or sale outcome. Dealers and buyers remain responsible for their own review.
3. Dealer Responsibilities
Dealers are responsible for accurate listing information, lawful inventory practices, permissions to upload media, condition notes, serial-number disclosure choices, and all buyer communications outside VeriSpatial.
4. Billing and Scan Credits
Paid plans are subscription and scan-credit based. A condition-view scan is counted only after successful processing into a report-ready asset. Failed platform processing and MVP capture rejections do not consume paid scan credits unless future plan terms clearly state otherwise.
5. Giles Foundation Wording
VeriSpatial may track pledged allocations or sponsored scan-credit support related to The Giles Foundation. Unless explicitly stated after legal review, VeriSpatial participation and related allocations are not represented as tax-deductible charitable contributions.
6. Acceptable Use
Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, unsafe, or unrelated content. Do not use Institutional Archive access for commercial dealer inventory.

Privacy Policy
1. Data We Process
VeriSpatial processes dealer account details, team/member records, billing identifiers, capture telemetry, uploaded videos, generated 3D assets, condition notes, hotspots, report metadata, and support communications.
2. How Data Is Used
We use data to authenticate dealers, upload and process captures, operate reports and embeds, provide support, prevent abuse, measure cloud costs, manage subscriptions, and improve capture quality.
3. Public Reports
Published and unlisted reports may expose report metadata, viewer assets, dealer branding, capture date, condition notes, and dealer-selected serial-number information.
4. Raw Capture Storage
Raw capture videos are private by default and retained according to the dealer plan or a separately configured retention policy.
5. Service Providers
The MVP uses Firebase, Google Cloud, Stripe, and related infrastructure providers to operate authentication, storage, processing, billing, and hosting.
