Sellers facilitate sales directly and are responsible for descriptions, pricing, payment, shipping, returns, taxes, and legal compliance. VeriSpatial is not an appraisal engine, escrow product, or payment marketplace.

Terms of Service
1. Service
VeriSpatial provides a 3D capture, cloud-rendering, import, and publishing workflow: guided iPhone capture, supported imported scan formats as they become available, workspace-editable notes and highlights, public or unlisted share pages, shop collections, and embeddable viewers.
2. Not Authentication, Appraisal, Escrow, or Marketplace
VeriSpatial 3D views provide spatial context and workspace-supplied notes. They are not legal authentication certificates, appraisals, insurance opinions, escrow services, buyer payment services, or guarantees of authenticity, title, provenance, value, view quality, completeness, or sale outcome. Workspace owners and viewers remain responsible for their own review.
3. Workspace Responsibilities
Workspace owners are responsible for accurate listing information, lawful inventory practices, permissions to submit media, view notes, detail disclosure choices, and all buyer communications outside VeriSpatial.
4. Billing and Render Credits
Paid plans are subscription and render-credit based. A 3D render is counted only after successful processing into a share-ready asset. Failed platform processing and MVP capture rejections do not consume paid render credits unless future plan terms clearly state otherwise.
5. Giles Foundation Wording
VeriSpatial may track pledged allocations or sponsored render-credit support related to The Giles Foundation. Unless explicitly stated after legal review, VeriSpatial participation and related allocations are not represented as tax-deductible charitable contributions.
6. Acceptable Use
Do not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, unsafe, or unrelated content. Do not use Institutional Archive access for unrelated commercial inventory.

Privacy Policy
1. Data We Process
VeriSpatial processes workspace account details, team/member records, billing identifiers, capture telemetry, captured videos, generated 3D assets, view notes, highlights, share-page metadata, and support communications.
2. How Data Is Used
We use data to authenticate users, process captures, operate share pages and embeds, provide support, prevent abuse, measure cloud costs, manage subscriptions, and improve capture quality.
3. Public Share Pages
Published and unlisted share pages may expose page metadata, viewer assets, workspace branding, capture date, view notes, and workspace-selected detail information.
4. Raw Capture Storage
Raw capture videos are private by default and retained according to the workspace plan or a separately configured retention policy.
5. Service Providers
The MVP uses Firebase, Google Cloud, Stripe, and related infrastructure providers to operate authentication, storage, processing, billing, and hosting.
